- Rida Hanif Added May 16, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Really appreciate Dr Ahmed Hosseini and his work. My family has been seeing him for years. However, I am really unhappy with the staff. They are extremely untrained, rude and RACIST! Just yesterday I had my son's appointment which was supposed to be booked in for both vaccination and general check up, however, they only booked it for vaccination. After the long wait and discussions, the nurses finally did his vaccination. When I asked the front desk staff, this particular lady LITERALLY yelled at me so loudly in front of everyone!! I DONOT appreciate this behavior and insult. She is old, rude and seems too controlling. You people really must invest in staff training and behavior. You can check the CCTV for yesterday to check what really happened. So upset!

My son needs frequent appointments usually last minute and we always get seen by doctors there! All doctors have been professional and caring towards my son. If no doctors are available then we are always put through to a nurse who helps!

Inability to apologise for errors created by a new booking system that cause my wife to have her appointment canceled on arrival. Lack of any accountability suggesting it must have been dishonesty that allowed her to book an appointment!! Never experienced anything like it before.
